The guesthouse “Pension Altstadt” was built in 1995 and with its tranquil location you are promised to experience a quiet and relaxed stay.

Our 7 double-bedrooms and 5 single-bedrooms are nicely furnished in a country style and has all the modern amenities such as en-suite bathroom with shower, satellite-tv, and telephone.

Coming from his very own brush the guesthouse's owner and artist Dietmar Matzke decorated all rooms with various paintings and drawings giving every room a very unique feeling. For those interested the studio of the artist is inside the guesthouse and can be visited during the stay.

We serve the opulent breakfast in form of a buffet in the breakfast room. For those arriving by car, there is a private car park right in front of the guesthouse.
